JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Automation Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow orchestration, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to quickly understand business processes, identify automation opportunities, and lead the design and implementation of intelligent, scalable automation solutions. Experience with Power Platform RPA, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot agent development is highly desirable.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as an Automation Architect or similar role.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents).
• Strong experience with RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Blue Prism).
• Experience designing and implementing workflow orchestration solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Copilot and building Copilot agents.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its integration with automation and analytics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Copilot, or related technologies.
• Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Background in business process management (BPM), Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Analyze and understand complex business processes to identify automation and AI augmentation opportunities.
• Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents) and RPA tools.
• Design and orchestrate workflows that integrate across systems, departments, and data sources.
• Build and deploy Microsoft Copilot agents tailored to specific business needs, enhancing productivity and decision-making.
• Leverage Power BI and Microsoft Fabric for data-driven insights and automation performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment of automation initiatives with strategic goals.
• Define and enforce best practices, governance models, and reusable components for automation and AI solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams and citizen developers.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
