Description

We're looking for a rare breed of Solutions Architect: someone who moves as comfortably in the boardroom as in the server room.

Someone who understands business outcomes, risk, governance, security, cloud, infrastructure, automation, and AI, not as separate disciplines, but as one coherent picture. Someone who can design a strategy, then roll up their sleeves and build it.

We're seeking a senior technical leader who can assess complex environments, define practical future-state architectures, guide clients through transformation, and lead the delivery of outcomes that are secure, supportable, and commercially sensible. You'll work directly with executive stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project delivery resources to solve real business problems using technology.

Technology doesn't fail because organisations can't buy products. It fails because too few people can connect business objectives, operational realities, security requirements, and technical execution into a coherent strategy.

We're looking for someone who can do exactly that.

If you can design the solution, explain it to the board, automate it, secure it, and still have it standing up supportably three years later, we'd like to talk to you.

Architecture & Strategy

  • Lead discovery workshops and technical assessments
  • Develop technology roadmaps aligned to business goals
  • Design cloud, infrastructure, security and modern workplace solutions
  • Produce architecture documentation, recommendations and business cases
  • Translate technical complexity into executive-level language
  • Advise organisations on risk, governance and technology investment decisions

Cloud & Infrastructure

  • Design and govern Microsoft 365, Azure and hybrid environments
  • Architect identity, access management and Zero Trust solutions
  • Drive infrastructure modernisation initiatives
  • Lead migration and transformation programmes
  • Ensure solutions remain scalable, supportable and operationally efficient

Security & Governance

  • Design security controls and governance frameworks
  • Advise on cybersecurity maturity and uplift initiatives
  • Develop strategies around identity, compliance, DLP, conditional access and privileged access management
  • Participate in incident response, post-incident reviews and resilience planning

Automation & Innovation

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
  • Design and implement workflow automation solutions
  • Leverage APIs, scripting and AI technologies to improve business outcomes
  • Drive an automation-first culture across both internal and client environments

Leadership & Client Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, IT Managers and executive stakeholders
  • Mentor engineering and delivery teams
  • Support complex sales engagements, proposals and tenders
  • Contribute to service development and strategic direction
