ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently recruiting for a Solutions Architect with ERP Transformation experience (Oracle Fusion Cloud) for our Ottawa based client. This is a 3.5-month, hybrid/remote contract role. Preference will be given to candidates who can attend occasional, onsite stakeholder meetings, however, fully remote candidates will also be considered. Duties include but are not limited to:

Application Portfolio Assessment & Rationalization:

• Conduct a detailed assessment of the existing enterprise application portfolio across Finance, HCM, Supply Chain, and related domains
• Evaluate business and technical value, identifying duplication, legacy risk, and integration challenges
• Develop rationalization recommendations that align with enterprise architecture standards and organizational priorities
• Present options for consolidation, decommissioning, or migration as part of ERP strategic roadmap

Solution Architecture Planning:

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to map high-level future-state architecture scenarios, with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and its ecosystem
• Identify integration requirements, architecture risks, and dependencies across platforms
• Contribute to the development of a scalable, sustainable architecture that supports future business growth and digital maturity

Strategy & Business Case Support:

• Provide architectural input into the ERP business case, including cost/benefit analysis, total cost of ownership, and system lifecycle planning
• Support the development of Statement of Work (SOW) content for the eventual implementation phase

Collaboration & Engagement:

• Work alongside project managers, business analysts, and external consultants to ensure alignment of architectural decisions with project goals
• Facilitate workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders to validate findings and recommendations
