12+ years in solution or enterprise architecture, including at least 1 year delivering AI solutions in production. 5+ years of experience with Azure, including sovereign or government cloud variants. Hands-on knowledge of LLM patterns: RAG, vector databases and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI. Strong grounding in cloud-native architecture (containers, APIs, event-driven design) and in Zero Trust and encryption-by-default principles. Experience guiding engineering teams and working closely with product managers in a multi-stakeholder environment. Experience in a regulated sector: finance, healthcare, government or energy.
