Job Description

Your role at CGM: As a leading provider of healthcare software solutions, we operate in 19 countries and employ nearly 9,000 dedicated people. You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment full of opportunities. With your commitment and passion, you will have the chance to make a lasting difference.

CGM Leverages AI: We are looking for people who feel the power of AI in the eHealth environment, want to help shape the change and with curious passion recognize how technology can make health smarter, simpler and better.

Together we are shaping the healthcare system of the future. Become part of our mission and make a difference – for a world where knowledge saves lives!

Are you passionate about groundbreaking products? Do you have the talent to transform ideas into concrete, value-creating solutions while always keeping the big picture in mind? Then we're looking for you!

Your contribution:

  • From the outset, take on a central role in the conception and further development of complex solution architectures and decisively shape the technological future of our practice management software. With your strategic vision, you will create the foundation for sustainable innovations.
  • In close collaboration with product owners, developers and other departments, you will develop and integrate new architectures, structure requirements in an understandable way and successfully implement complex projects together with the team.
  • You are responsible for planning and developing technical concepts for cross-system solutions, always keeping an eye on data flows, modern technology stacks and smooth interfaces.
  • You proactively consider and maintain non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, and security to ensure the high quality and future viability of our solutions.
  • As the central point of contact between various stakeholders, you drive collaboration in interdisciplinary teams, share your expertise and ensure that technical vision and entrepreneurial added value go hand in hand.

You bring this with you:

  • Several years of experience as a solution expert in product management, software development or IT architecture, preferably with practical experience in healthcare or in the field of physician information systems (AIS).
  • A completed degree, preferably from a renowned university in the field of computer science, business informatics, software engineering or a related subject area, which underlines your academic excellence.
  • Practical knowledge in requirements engineering, systems engineering and agile project management (Scrum).
  • Knowledge of standards such as FHIR or HL7 is an advantage.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

Here's what you can expect from us:

  • Continuing education and development opportunities: Benefit from tailored training programs and individual development opportunities that help you continuously expand your expertise and remain at the forefront of your field. We invest in your future to jointly shape innovative solutions in healthcare.
  • Health: Maximize your well-being by using our modern gym and participating in our free exercise classes. These offerings not only support your fitness but also contribute to a balanced work-life balance, so you can always perform at your best.
  • Mobile Work: Work flexibly two days a week remotely and three days on-site.
  • Events: Be part of exciting internal events and activities that take place regularly, both on-site and remotely. Here you can network, exchange ideas, and benefit from networking with other experts in the industry.
  • There's always more: Lease a job bike and find a sporty balance to your everyday work life, or take advantage of attractive employee discounts and benefits from various partners and providers via Corporate Benefits.
