SUMMARY:

The solutions architect serves as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise and public sector clients, guiding them through the adoption and implementation of Immuta’s data security and governance platform. The architect lead technical engagements, design scalable solutions, and ensure customers unlock the full value of their cloud data while maintaining compliance and privacy. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop solutions that support the business objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience

Responsibilities
  • Lead customers through onboarding, proof-of-concept, and advanced use case expansion
  • Design and implement secure, scalable data governance architectures using Immuta
  • Provide deep technical expertise in sensitive data discovery, access control, and activity monitoring
  • Collaborate with customer success managers and engineering teams to drive platform adoption
  • Troubleshoot complex integration issues across cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure
  • Deliver hands-on implementation support and serve as the go-to technical resource for clients
  • Document best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
