This role offers the opportunity to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, guiding them through the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced search and discovery solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, providing expertise to ensure scalable, high-performing, and innovative deployments. This position emphasizes solution design, consulting, and customer engagement while influencing product strategy and adoption. You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where innovation, impact, and collaboration are key. \n Accountabilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, providing guidance on solution architecture, design, and best practices. Link business processes with technical solutions to maximize product adoption and success. Execute delivery methodology to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Troubleshoot and resolve complex implementation issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prototype and document scalable solutions to address business challenges. Consult on indexing, search performance, UI design, and architecture best practices. Expand relationships with customers, promoting product usage and engagement. Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Success Management) to align solutions with roadmap priorities. Produce reusable solution content, including tutorials, workshops, and internal tooling. Requirements: 5+ years in a customer-facing, technical, and consultative role. Experience with e-commerce platforms or search technologies. Proficiency in frontend technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS) and backend frameworks (Node.js, Rails, Django, etc.). Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and technical teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Experience optimizing search performance, including indexing, querying, and relevance tuning. Nice-to-have: Spanish or Portuguese language skills, analytics or A/B testing experience, mobile development experience, and project management experience.
