The Role:

Our client is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the technical design and delivery of enterprise software implementations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, designing scalable solutions, and partnering directly with customers to deliver successful outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable technical solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions and solution architecture discussions with enterprise clients.
  • Configure workflow automation solutions and develop JavaScript customizations.
  • Design and support integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, SSO, and enterprise applications.
  • Partner with Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Create technical documentation, best practices, and reusable solution templates.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong JavaScript skills and experience building API integrations (REST, webhooks, authentication).
  • Experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations with multiple integrations.
  • Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, SharePoint, DocuSign, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with AI-powered solutions or agentic workflows is a plus.
