SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT – LYRA TECHNOLOGY GROUP

Lyra Technology Group is seeking a Solutions Architect for our OpCo, TechVoo. The Solutions Architect is responsible for managing onboardings, final point of escalation, and participating in QBRs as technical resource. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing complex systems, network configurations, and IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Microsoft 365 migrations, handling VPN setups, ensuring system security, and providing high-level escalation support.

OUR IDEAL SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT HAS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of VPN technologies (SSL, IPSEC, L2TP) and experience in configuring secure connections.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft 365 migrations (manual, automated, and swing migrations) from platforms like Google Workspace, GoDaddy, and IMAP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to act as the final escalation point for complex issues.
    The targeted base compensation for this role is up to $90,000 per year and is located in Bloomingdale, Illinois.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage Microsoft 365 migrations from start to finish from various platforms (Google Workspace, GoDaddy, IMAP, etc.)
  • Configure and support VPN setups using SSL, IPSEC, and L2TP protocols, ensuring secure and reliable connections for remote access.
  • Spearhead server hardware speccing, including RAID configurations and Hypervisor management.
  • Act as the Level 3 escalation point for complex technical issues, resolving problems efficiently and autonomously.
  • Oversee Microsoft licensing management to ensure compliance and proper allocation across all users.
  • Take ownership and direct oversight of colocation data center (COLO) firewalls, single physical servers, and associated infrastructure.
  • Manage and review MSP360 Backup systems, ensuring successful backups and storage management via BackBlaze B2.
