We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Professional Services Solutions Architecture team. Your focus will be on solution design and stakeholder engagement to optimize integration processes and support scalable customer deployments. You will design and implement integration strategies, ensuring seamless interoperability between Mark43’s platform and various third-party systems. As a member of the Mark43 team, you’ll take ownership of integrations from start to finish and become a trusted knowledge resource for your teammates.

Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain integration frameworks and API strategies.
  • Define best practices for system integrations, ensuring security and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Recommend middleware and API management platforms.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Work with engineering, product management, and customer success teams to align integration solutions with business needs.
  • Provide guidance on industry standards to optimize integration processes.
  • Technical Leadership & Best Practices
  • Guide teams on design principles and security considerations.
  • Promote collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Work with team members and partners to provide technical mentorship and thought leadership.
