Role Description The Solutions Architect role at PolarGrid is a full-time remote position focused on designing and implementing computing and solutions for customers. On a day-to-day basis, this role collaborates with clients to understand technical and business requirements, develops solution architectures, and creates detailed implementation plans. The Solutions Architect works closely with internal and external teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices for NVIDIA GPU-based infrastructures. Responsibilities include providing technical consulting, leading solution demos and proof-of-concept initiatives, documenting architectures and integration patterns, and supporting pre-sales and post-deployment activities. The role also involves continuous learning about emerging computing and AI technologies to guide customers with up-to-date recommendations.

• QualificationsStrong Solution Architecture skills, including designing scalable, secure, and maintainable systems for cloud computing and AI workloads.
• Consulting capabilities to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and present complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with Software Development, including understanding modern development practices, APIs, and microservices to guide implementation teams.
• Familiarity with GPU-accelerated computing (e.g., NVIDIA GPUs),.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing technical roles is beneficial, as is prior work in AI, IoT, or distributed systems.
