Description
We are looking for a Solutions Architect who is passionate about enabling our customers to succeed. This role is vital to ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our product through effective onboarding, hands-on training, and personalized solutions to meet specific use cases. You’ll work closely with our Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to provide technical guidance, deliver tailored workshops, and foster strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: Lead onboarding sessions, demonstrations and workshops for new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth start and helping them get acquainted with the product's features and capabilities Collaborate with Customer success to tailor the right solutions and approaches for our enterprise customers Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams, communicating customer feedback and suggesting improvements or new features Provide technical guidance, support and in-depth information to customers, addressing their unique challenges and configuring our solution to meet their specific requirements Provide training to clients, both in person and remotely, to ensure they can effectively use our products. Monitor and track key success metrics for each customer, advocating for solutions that drive optimal outcomes Requirements 4+ years in a technical customer-facing role (Technical Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar) within a SaaS or developer tools environment Strong understanding of software development principles, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines Proficiency in major coding languages Familiarity with Git, pull requests, and automated testing frameworks is highly desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and workshops to varied audiences Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and propose effective solutions Self-motivated, hardworking, and a strong sense of ownership with an ability to work independently and as part of a team About the team null
