You will act as both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer, focusing on building customer demos and proof of concepts. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will translate business objectives into effective technical solutions, ensuring that our platform delivers maximum value. Your role will impact the customer narrative and focus on fostering customer relationships to drive adoption and enhance product feedback. \n Accountabilities Develop and deliver cutting-edge agentic AI solutions utilizing advanced models. Architect scalable, secure, and customizable NLP and generative AI solutions. Collaborate with customers to design pilots and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Support deployment and integration of large language models and custom solutions in production environments. Lead technical engagements, including workshops and establishing best practices. Provide customer feedback to product development to enhance AI capabilities. Requirements 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture, particularly in agentic AI. Strong hands-on skills with Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and cloud-native deployment frameworks. Experience in designing and deploying interconnected AI workflows. Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks and deploying custom agents. Familiarity with model fine-tuning methodologies. Understanding of generative models and their operational considerations. Excellent communication skills for articulating complex AI architectures.
