JOB SUMMARY

The Solutions Architect position will model the Netrio mission, vision, and values each day, functioning as a guide for daily accountabilities and responsibilities. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing IT, network, and security solutions tailored to our clients’ diverse environments. You will leverage your expertise to create scalable, secure, and efficient architectures that meet business requirements and enhance operational performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT architecture, network design, and security operations, with a focus on multi-environment support.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in network protocols, firewall configurations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and security tools.
  • M365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, CCNP, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and troubleshoot complex technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Client-Focused: Strong client-facing skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
