As a Solution Architect, your primary role will be technical delivery leadership for client projects. You will interact directly with customers to provide expertise in software architecture, design, and operations. You will also lead and manage enterprise and mid-market projects and technical pre-sales support activities as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 10 years in a corporate environment
• 9 years designing service-oriented architectures, using cloud providers such as Azure, and hands-on experience writing code such as C#
• 8 years experience designing database systems for applications (SQL Preferred)
• 5 years experience with distributed systems and designing microservices
• Expertise in implementing cloud-based SaaS and/or PaaS solutions
• Proven and demonstrated experience designing, architecting, leading development and deployment of multiple enterprise solutions
• Strong desire to solve hard technical problems, and proven ability to do so with little or no direct daily supervision

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10 years of experience in a consultative environment

• Design and lead solution architecture, assisting with solution requirement definition and ensuring processes are followed by all members of the project team
• Estimate the resources needed for projects with timelines and solutions
• Work closely with various customers and project managers to understand and manage project delivery expectations
• Create functional design specifications and implementation plans
• Provide architecture review and project milestone sessions for project sponsors
• Delegate responsibilities and priorities to development staff
• Ensure project delivery processes are in place and being executed, providing oversight for multiple concurrent development projects
• Mentor developers in the proper way to decompose requirements, design scalable systems, and ensure quality throughout the development process
