    We are looking for a Solution Architect to join us as a key member of our organization. You will be focused on driving customer acquisition and satisfaction. You ideally have experience in providing exceptional pre-sales support, conducting engaging product demonstrations, and partnering with the sales team to develop winning strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong customer relationships through onsite and remote interactions, providing technical expertise during pre-sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, address inquiries, and articulate ServiceRocket’s value proposition.
  • Partner with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for ServiceRocket solutions, contribute to sales plans, and participate in proposal creation.
  • Lead proof-of-concept (POC) or proof-of-value (POV) initiatives, design workshops, and offer technical guidance for RFPs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceRocket’s and partner technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of pre-built templates, webinars, and demonstrations.
  • Participate in roadmap creation and prototyping app innovations.
  • Work cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams to address customer feedback and drive improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage this knowledge to develop opportunity strategies.
  • Represent customer needs and feedback to internal teams, contributing to account and sales planning.
  • Develop and maintain clear and accurate documentation.
  • Share expertise through internal and external channels (webinars, workshops, blogs).
  • Solve complex technical customer issues and propose innovative solutions
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
