Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Strategy:

• Define and execute the technical roadmap in line with overall business goals.

• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Manage resource allocation and coordinate with product managers, designers, and quality assurance teams.

Team Development & Collaboration:

• Mentor and coach team members to foster professional growth and maintain high performance.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:

• Implement and enforce coding standards, robust testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline development workflows.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Present progress updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior management.
