As a Solutions Architect at Stacklet, you will:

• Provide solution design and implementation support to clients during initial customer onboarding period
• Deliver services for Stacklet customers which could include policy review, assisted policy authoring, training and reactive support
• Facilitate conversations with customers to provide the best solutions
• Take complex ideas and transcribe them into a clear, concise message to support the customer’s product understanding
• Produce technical content reflective of best practices (blog, whitepaper, sample code, etc)
• Provide real-world feedback to the product teams about existing and missing features of the product portfolio
• Use, contribute, and provide community support to cutting-edge open source technologies
