The role:They are looking for a highly experienced technical leader to lead and scale their Cloud Solutions Architecture organization across EMEA.

The team currently consists of 10 senior CSAs and is expected to grow towards 15-20 people. The role is approximately 80-90% leadership and 10-20% technical/customer involvement.

You will lead a team working with demanding AI and cloud customers across compute, networking, storage, Kubernetes, and GPU infrastructure. You will own hiring, coaching, performance, and team development, while defining how the CSA organization works with Sales, Engineering, Product, and strategic customers.

• This is a player-coach position. You won't deploy infrastructure yourself, but need the technical credibility to challenge senior architects, understand architectural trade-offs and bottlenecks, and step into complex customer discussions and escalations.
