  • Collaboration: Partner with account managers, product teams, and engineering to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and align with customer needs.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a technical role, such as network engineering, systems integration, or pre-sales support.
  • Foundational knowledge of networking principles and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, BGP).
  • Experience with or a strong understanding of at least one of the following technology areas:
  • Wireline networking technologies (e.g., fiber, Ethernet, SD-WAN).
  • Wireless technologies (e.g., 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, IoT).
  • Cloud services or managed services.
  • Cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., technical support, sales engineering, or consulting).
