About the role: We are seeking a technically sharp, enterprise-savvy professional to join Zamp as a Solutions Architect, owning the technical sales narrative and solution fit across our most important enterprise deals. You're the person who sits across from a Fortune 500 CTO or CISO team and makes them confident that Zamp's digital employees will work within their architecture, their security requirements, and their operational reality. You own the technical credibility of the deal. You lead architecture discussions, navigate security and compliance reviews, map how Zamp integrates into complex enterprise environments, and make sure the technical story holds up under scrutiny. You work closely with the founding team and Account Executives to close high-stakes deals, while channeling what you learn from the field back into Product and Engineering. If you've deployed solutions inside large enterprises and want to now own the technical sales motion at a well-funded, fast-growing AI company — this is it. Key Responsibilities: Own the technical sales motion end-to-end — from initial architecture discussions through security review to production sign-off Lead solution architecture and fit assessments — understand customer environments, map how Zamp's digital employees integrate into their existing systems, and design the right deployment approach across ERPs (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba), banking portals, and legacy workflows Own InfoSec and EARB processes — lead enterprise security reviews, architecture review board presentations, and compliance questionnaires. Be the person who satisfies InfoSec teams without slowing deals Partner with Account Executives and GTM throughout the sales cycle — shape deal strategy, build technical credibility, handle objections, help close Be the voice of the customer inside Zamp — channel integration needs, feature gaps, and competitive intel back into Product and Engineering Build technical collateral — architecture diagrams, integration proposals, data flow documents that accelerate deals Qualifications & Skill Set Required: 3-4+ years deploying solutions at enterprises — you've navigated enterprise IT, procurement, and security to get things live in complex environments Strong grasp of enterprise architecture — how large orgs structure systems, integration patterns, security layers, and approval processes Technically fluent, not necessarily an engineer. Comfortable with API docs, architecture diagrams, OAuth flows, and explaining how Zamp fits into an enterprise stack Can present to a CTO and an CISO with equal confidence. Responsibilities
