ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Payments Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert (SME) supporting our Payment and Software Sales Teams. Your focus will be on the pre-sales process—partnering with account executives to design, position, and deliver solutions that align 8am’s payment technologies with the unique needs of law firms and professional service organizations.
By combining deep product expertise, consultative discovery skills, and market knowledge, you will help shape deal strategy, deliver compelling value-based demonstrations and accelerate revenue growth while strengthening 8am’s position as the trusted leader in legal and professional services payments.
