  • Discovery Facilitation: Partner with the sales team to conduct deep-dive discovery sessions, unearthing customer needs and aligning them seamlessly with Alvaria’s portfolio.
  • Solution Design: Craft customized architectures that deliver on customer goals and drive real business impact, backed by your robust technical expertise.
  • Transition to Implementation: Collaborate closely with our implementation teams to streamline handoffs, ensuring a frictionless journey from signed contract to fully-deployed solution.
  • Customer Advocacy: Relay market and customer insights to Product Management and Sales Technical Services, championing the enhancements and features our clients truly need.
  • Industry Representation: Be the face of Alvaria at conferences, trade shows, and community events—demonstrating our thought leadership and industry clout.
  • Channel Collaboration: Support and advise our valued alliance partners, enabling them to effectively position Alvaria’s products and execute go-to-market strategies.
