Funnel is a Software as a Service (SaaS) product that helps some of the largest businesses worldwide to automate the generation of Business-Ready Data. Our customers use Funnel to make their businesses more data-driven by drawing spot-on conclusions from their business and marketing data that we deliver to them.
We are a fast-growing and well-funded scale-up with a customer range from large e-commerce to advertising agencies and consumer brands. Since the product launch in 2015, we have set up offices in Stockholm, Boston, Dublin, and Sydney and have grown to service thousands of marketers all over the world, with the US as the largest market.
Your main responsibilities include working as a sales engineer to demonstrate the value of Funnel to prospects and customers. This includes supporting them during their assessment period from a technical standpoint while sharing best practices related to gathering/managing/analyzing marketing data, especially within the context of addressing complex use cases.
You will collaborate closely with our Account Executives and Customer Success Managers as well as our Product teams to provide input on the evolution of the Funnel product.
You will have achieved success when the prospect or customer fully understands how Funnel is foundational to helping them achieve their business goals as well as helping ongoing customers grow their business with Funnel.
