The role We're looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to act as a crucial link between Optimal’s research capabilities and the business objectives of our global customers. You will support your regional Sales Team to accelerate the sales cycle by leading the narrative with prospects and existing customers to visualise a future where Optimal is woven into the fabric of their organisational DNA. Your focus is beyond feature-functionality, and instead advising on research practices and tooling that will demonstrate the power of the Optimal platform. Your guidance will drive solution demonstration, adoption and usage, directly supporting new business acquisition, expansion, and customer retention outcomes. What you'll do: Collaborate with Account Executives to lead comprehensive discovery sessions, ensuring Optimal's platform features are directly aligned with the business objectives and strategic initiatives of prospects and customers Develop and deliver impactful, relevant product demonstrations and training Support the customer lifecycle by creating necessary collateral, content, and training materials Enable customer onboarding, training, and enablement to drive usage and adoption in target accounts Drive new business and expansion within existing accounts by exhibiting strong commercial acumen and collaborating with the regional Sales Team to propose and close deals Develop and maintain deep expertise in our platform and research methodologies through continuous, practical application and training Serve as the crucial link between the market and the Product team: coach the regional sales team on product knowledge, and contribute the "voice of the market" feedback to influence the product roadmap for enterprise growth What we're looking for: 5+ years experience in a customer-facing role, such as solutions consulting, customer success, or training in a SaaS environment Proven track record of growing customer accounts and contributing to company sales targets Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and best practices, including usability testing, surveys, card sorting, and user interviews Experience developing and executing strategic account plans for customers Strong presentation, training, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex research concepts clearly to diverse audiences Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate solutions and value propositions to senior executives Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams What’s in it for you: Competitive salary (we offer a salary that reflects your experience and the value you’ll bring to our team) Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP) to help you benefit from the long-term success of the company Annual wellbeing allowance and support Generous annual learning and development support Home office set-up 4 weeks annual leave plus an additional day off on your birthday!
