SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

You are an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Solution Consultant with a background in KYC, Customer Due Diligence, or SaaS Fintech. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment, bringing confidence, technical expertise, and an engaging presence to customer interactions.

Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Solution Consultant to work alongside our Global Presales team and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to progress deals through our sales process. You will partner with prospects to prove value, define use cases, and drive transformational change. Post-contract, you will support the client through requirements finalisation, project planning, and execution to ensure a successful implementation and value realisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise directly with technical teams in client organisations to manage and run Proof of Value (POV) projects, including process mapping, baseline results, side-by-side comparisons, and business case development.
  • Explain and demonstrate all platform functionality with confidence and clarity.
  • Articulate how Encompass aligns with customer target operating models and industry standards.
  • Be the point of contact for prospects’ technical and product questions, including responding to RFP/RFI requests.
  • Represent Encompass at key conferences and marketing events, evangelising our platform’s AI and automation capabilities.
  • Capture and communicate local market requirements to Product for roadmap consideration.
  • Manage vendor assessment processes, including security reviews and liaising with technical colleagues for in-depth responses.
  • Capture and document program scope, ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
  • Lead interactive workshops with clients and prospects to fully understand their requirements.
  • Design and execute client training and rollout plans, working alongside Customer Success teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on automated policy design and best practices as part of the Policy Design Authority Board.
  • Maintain client engagement post-sale, identifying opportunities for additional value-driven, billable work.
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive client adoption, accelerate sales cycles, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop tools, reports, and methodologies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and customer operations.
