MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Solutions Consultant is responsible for guiding customers through the myairops onboarding process. They work closely with business development, engineering, product, and support teams to ensure the customer’s journey runs smoothly from initial interest throughout implementation, then arriving at successful live operation.
Product demonstrations are a key part of the role, supporting our business development team, whilst enabling customers to understand the scope of the product and the potential for tailored solutions.
The role also requires the Solutions Consultant to take a leadership role in the customer onboarding process; acting as the trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert through the onboarding engagement, and into hypercare.
