Turn business goals into measurement setups In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients and help them make better decisions through strong measurement. You will lead strategic conversations, scope the right solutions, and work hands-on with implementation when needed. You can look forward to: Strategic Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, leading strategic discussions, translating business goals into actionable analytics plans, and presenting solutions to drive client growth Client & Project Ownership: Scope and price measurement projects in a way that creates value for clients and supports strong delivery. Google Analytics & GTM expertise: Implement, configure, and improve setups in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including server-side tracking. Technical problem-solving: Troubleshoot complex tracking, consent, and platform issues, and explain the implications clearly to clients and colleagues. Media activation and privacy: Advise on first-party data, Consent Mode v2, Enhanced Conversions, Meta CAPI, and how measurement can support stronger media activation. Join our Measurement team In this role, you’ll work on a group level across Europe. You’ll join our Measurement team, made up of specialists from different countries, all sharing the same passion for making data come alive and turning numbers into real impact. We are a team that values sharp thinking, constructive feedback and knowledge sharing across markets. In everyday work, you can expect close collaboration with our Digital Growth team, specialist sparring on complex setups, and room to shape how we strengthen our measurement offering in the Danish market. You bring consulting strength and technical depth We are looking for someone who can move confidently between client dialogue, solution design and hands-on implementation. You do not need to fit a rigid checklist, but we believe the right candidate will recognise themselves in most of the points below: Analytics platform expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including server-side setups and validation of tracking quality. Data privacy and architecture: Solid understanding of dataLayer design, debugging, privacy requirements, Consent Mode v2, and first-party data practices. Consultative communication skills: Experience advising clients or internal stakeholders and translating technical complexity into clear business recommendations. Stakeholder management: Confidence in leading workshops, pitch meetings, and scoping discussions with decision-makers. Project execution & integrity: A structured and honest way of working, with the judgment to right-size scopes and raise issues early when something needs attention. Cross-disciplinary collaboration: A collaborative mindset and motivation to work closely with colleagues across disciplines, markets, and delivery teams. Language skills: Native-level Danish and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
