Salary: £60,000 Basic + 20% Commission
Location: London or Horsham (Hybrid - 3 days in Waterloo or Horsham offices, flexible travel across offices)

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

  • Be the trusted technical advisor alongside the AE team
  • Translate business challenges into tailored product solutions
  • Deliver demos that showcase real value - not just features
  • Lead pre-sales workshops and contribute to proof-of-concept projects
  • Build product expertise through internal enablement and cross-functional sessions

This is not a standard plug-and-play SC role. You’ll be working directly with a small group of experienced AEs (all based in the UK), supporting them to win and grow deals through compelling demos, tailored technical insight, and smart collaboration:

  • Run 5-10 strategic, high-quality demos per week
  • Build contextualised demos based on AE discovery
  • Own the product and technical story through the sales cycle
  • Support RFPs and tenders - bringing clarity and confidence to complex prospects
  • Collaborate with a team of 12+ international SCs to shape UK best practice
