We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a pivotal customer-facing role at the intersection of business and technology. You will work closely with Sales to engage prospective clients, shape solutions, and show how Orbus can help them transform their operations. Your expertise in aligning enterprise needs with technical capabilities will directly contribute to new business and long-term customer success.
Lead discovery sessions with prospects to understand business challenges, current architecture and strategic goals
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations that clearly link technical capabilities to business outcomes
Build and configure proof-of-concepts (POCs) tailored to client needs and success criteria
Customize OrbusInfinity to reflect each customer’s environment and evaluation process
Deliver training for end users, administrators and partner teams, including tailored content and Train-the-Trainer sessions
Support RFP responses and technical proposal development with the Sales team
Run webinars on best practices in Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Analysis and Application Portfolio Management
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and contribute to solution development
Keep all engagement activity and correspondence up to date in our CRM (Salesforce)
Provide support on Power BI reports, stylesheet creation and API configurations using Swagger and JSON
