Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Solution Consultant, Pre-Sales, you’ll support prospective and existing customers—including some of the most innovative financial institutions, fintechs, and digital platforms—as they adopt Socure’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions. You’ll play a key role in the technical evaluation, implementation, and enablement process by helping clients understand our technology and how to apply it to their business goals.
This role blends technical acumen, client engagement, and solution delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Data Science teams to ensure a smooth and effective client experience from discovery through onboarding.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the technical sales cycle by assisting with discovery, requirements gathering, and solution alignment.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept (POC) implementations to highlight the capabilities of Socure’s platform.
  • Help translate business goals into technical requirements and assist in mapping client needs to Socure’s solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility, implementation readiness, and strong hand-offs to post-sales.
  • Assist in onboarding clients by providing configuration support, technical guidance, and training alongside Customer Success.
  • Develop clear documentation for solution design, configuration steps, and FAQs to empower client teams.
  • Provide technical responses to RFPs and security reviews, with support from senior team members.
  • Stay current on fraud and identity trends, relevant regulations, and industry use cases to support customer conversations.
