Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a talented Solutions Consultant who is fluent in both Czech and English to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client challenges and developing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Your expertise in both languages will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to analyze their needs and business objectives through effective consultations. Craft and present customized solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and satisfaction. Provide expert guidance and support during the implementation of solutions, aiding clients throughout the process. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of solutions and ongoing support. Lead training sessions to empower clients in the effective use of our products and services. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients. Fluency in Czech and English (both spoken and written) is essential. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen focus on client success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with clients. Technical proficiency with a willingness to learn new tools and systems. Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects. A positive attitude, adaptable nature, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
