Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a talented Solutions Consultant fluent in Danish and English to join our dynamic team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will leverage your language skills and consulting expertise to engage with clients and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique business needs. Key Responsibilities Work closely with clients to identify their specific requirements and business goals. Design and deliver customized solutions that effectively address client challenges. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations based on best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and ongoing client support. Conduct training and support sessions for clients to maximize their use of our products. Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant guidance to clients. Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also required. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients. Technical proficiency with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
