Key Responsibilities Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their business challenges and requirements. Develop and present customized solutions aligned with client objectives. Provide training and support to clients to maximize the value of our products and services. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform client consultations. Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written) is essential. Proven experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong client relationships. Technical competency and eagerness to learn about new technologies and solutions. Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
