Your expertise and language skills will be critical in building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Engage with Icelandic-speaking clients to gather their requirements and recommend appropriate digital solutions. Utilize your fluency in English to ensure effective communication and alignment during the consultancy process. Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to empower clients in optimizing the use of our solutions. Work closely with clients to develop and implement strategies that enhance their operational efficiency. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and support. Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues to ensure a smooth user experience. Fluency in Icelandic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. Demonstrated experience in a consulting or customer support role, ideally in the digital solutions field. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and best practices relevant to the industry. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building lasting client relationships. Proactive and self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
