Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to assess their needs and understand their business objectives. Design and present customized solutions that address specific challenges faced by clients. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations based on your expertise in technology solutions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient implementation and support of solutions. Provide training sessions and ongoing support to empower clients to utilize our products effectively. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance your consulting capabilities. Fluency in Icelandic and English (both spoken and written) is essential. Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients. Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
