In this role, you will be instrumental in understanding and addressing the needs of our clients, providing bespoke digital solutions tailored to enhance their business operations. By leveraging your language skills and consultancy expertise, you will help build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities Engage with Irish-speaking clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable digital solutions. Communicate effectively in English to ensure clarity and understanding throughout the consultancy process. Conduct training and provide product demonstrations to empower clients with the knowledge to utilize our solutions successfully. Collaborate closely with clients to create and implement successful digital strategies that drive efficiency and engagement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies to offer informed recommendations to clients. Assist clients in troubleshooting issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience. Fluency in Irish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. Experience in a consulting or customer support role, preferably within the digital or tech sectors. Understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices relevant to the industry. Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building and client satisfaction. Independent and results-oriented, with strong organizational and time management capabilities. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
