Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant proficient in both Irish and English to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will play a key part in working with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored technology solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients through consultations to gather their requirements and business objectives. Design and present customized solutions that effectively address client challenges and provide value. Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations based on best practices in the industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions. Conduct training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the use of our products and services. Keep abreast of market trends and new technologies to provide informed recommendations during consultations. Fluency in both Irish and English (spoken and written) is essential. Prior experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is desired. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on client needs. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building with clients. Technical proficiency and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies. Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
