We are looking for a skilled Solutions Consultant fluent in Polish and English to provide exceptional support and consultancy to our clients. In this dynamic role, you will partner with clients to understand their needs, offering customized digital solutions designed to improve their business processes and outcomes. Responsibilities Engage with Polish-speaking clients to assess their requirements and recommend appropriate digital solutions. Provide consultancy in English to facilitate clear communication and understanding of client expectations. Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure clients are adept in utilizing the solutions offered. Work collaboratively with clients to design and implement effective strategies that enhance their digital capabilities. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively. Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption. Fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a consulting or customer support role, preferably in the digital solutions domain. Knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices within the industry. Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building relationships and communicating effectively. Proactive, self-driven individual with strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset and effective problem-solving abilities.
