Key Responsibilities Engage with clients through meaningful consultations to identify their specific challenges and objectives. Design and propose customized solutions that address client needs and drive business success. Act as a trusted advisor by providing valuable insights and recommendations based on best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation and ongoing support of solutions. Deliver training sessions that empower clients to utilize our products effectively and efficiently. Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies to provide informed guidance to clients. Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a related discipline is preferred.
