Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to assess their needs and objectives through comprehensive consultations. Design and deliver customized solutions aimed at addressing specific client challenges. Act as a trusted advisor, offering valuable insights and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support of solutions. Conduct product training sessions to empower clients in maximizing the use of our offerings. Stay updated on market trends and the latest technologies to provide informed guidance. Fluency in Slovak and English (both spoken and written) is essential. Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on achieving client satisfaction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. A good understanding of technology solutions and an ability to learn new tools quickly. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently. A proactive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional client service.
