Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Solutions Consulting Manager, you will play a critical role in managing several strategic accounts while directly consulting clients to ensure the successful delivery of custom AdTech projects. This position is an individual contributor (IC) role that serves as a client-facing expert and a key connection point between client teams and internal engineering. You will work closely with Technical Project Managers and engineers to turn client visions into actionable solutions. Communicating with various internal teams and projects to provide wide context to the client with aim to scale the business and upsell new solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the main point of contact and consultant for a portfolio of strategic clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Project Managers to translate client needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Organize workshops, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and solution design sessions together with the Project Manager and engineering teams.
  • Support the engineering team in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues.
  • With help of your manager, ensure all operational, legal, and contractual topics are aligned with company standards and client expectations.
  • Provide feedback to product and technical teams on market needs and client priorities.
  • Work with both internal and client teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of agreed solutions.
  • Escalate and resolve any roadblocks by acting as a communication hub.
