As the Manager of Solutions Consulting, you will lead a team of technical experts, guiding them to deliver innovative solutions that address our customers' complex cybersecurity challenges.Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high performanceCollaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategic technical plans that drive business growthOversee complex customer engagements, providing expert guidance on our cybersecurity solutionsAnalyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain our competitive edgeDevelop and implement best practices for technical validations and proof of conceptsAct as a trusted advisor to customers, presenting solutions at all levels of their organizationPartner with Product Management to provide valuable feedback on product improvements and new feature requestsManage resource allocation and team workload to optimize efficiency and customer satisfactionDrive the adoption of our platform across customer accountsContribute to the development of innovative solutions that address emerging cybersecurity challengesEnsure alignment between pre-sales and post-sales teams to guarantee successful implementation and customer adoptionQualificationsProven experience as a pre-sales System Engineer Manager or similar roleStrong background as a Senior System Engineer/Specialist in the cybersecurity fieldIn-depth knowledge of security product market trends and competitor offeringsDemonstrated experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing security solutions such as Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, or SOC Transformation TechnologiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldExceptional leadership and team management skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesProven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in a solutions-oriented environmentProficiency in project management methodologiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesWillingness to travel as required (approximately 50-75% within the region)Proficiency in EnglishAdditional InformationThe TeamOur Solutions Consultant team members work hand-in-hand with large organizations around the world to keep their digital environments protected. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $224000 - $308000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
