We are inviting expressions of interest for an Account Coordinator – Healthcare opportunity within COPE. This role can be based at any of our COPE locations across Australia. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience, build coordination capabilities, and gain exposure within our growing Healthcare vertical. The role will play a key part in supporting service delivery and strengthening customer relationships across national healthcare accounts.   ABOUT THE ROLE * Support the delivery of service across COPE’s Healthcare portfolio * Work closely with Account Managers, Operations, and Customer Service teams * A strong opportunity to grow your career within COPE’s Solutions function KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support Account Managers with day-to-day coordination of healthcare accounts * Act as a key contact for operational queries and customer follow-ups * Coordinate bookings, service delivery, and project movements * Monitor service performance and escalate risks or issues * Track incidents, claims, and support timely resolution * Assist with reporting, invoicing accuracy, and administrative processes * Maintain accurate customer and compliance records   ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will: * Demonstrated experience in account coordination, customer service, or logistics support * Strong organisational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * High attention to detail and strong administrative capability * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer-centric   APPLY NOW If you’re looking to take the next step in your career and grow within COPE, we encourage you to apply.
