REQUIREMENTS

  • B.S. or B.A. preferably in energy, environment, public policy, or technical field or 3 years of previous work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM software preferred
  • Highly motivated and positive attitude
  • Superior organization, time management and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work with a variety of team members and dynamic project demands
  • Interest or experience in a field related to energy, HVAC technology, or sustainability
  • Experience troubleshooting problems and recommending solutions
  • Ability to identify process improvements and communicate plans for improvement

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $50,202 - $75,303. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, education and location.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes three weeks of paid vacation per year; paid holidays; a 401(k)-retirement plan with employer matching; health, dental and vision insurance; and other supplemental benefits.
Employment with Resource Innovations is contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check. If applicable to the position, a pre-employment drug screen may also be required.

Responsibilities
  • Support Program Managers in tracking and managing completion of energy efficiency projects to achieve program goals.
  • Conduct project scope review and approval, ensuring completeness and accuracy, compliance with program guidelines/requirements, and readiness for invoicing.
  • Engage with contractors and customers to obtain missing information, resolve errors, answer questions and provide general support.
  • Track invoices and payments to ensure compliance with payment terms and provide updates to contractors/partners on payment timelines as necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations, forecasts, accruals, and other ad hoc requests.
  • Work independently on high-volume, detail-oriented tasks involving spreadsheets and math, with precision and accuracy.
  • Track multiple tasks and deadlines, while completing assignments on schedule and alerting managers in advance of conflicts.
  • Maintain organization of program documents and track upcoming expirations for renewal (e.g., certifications, contracts, invoices, etc.).
  • Function as a cooperative and cohesive member of project teams with a willingness to play a variety of roles (e.g., administrative, quality assurance, research, writing) as required to achieve project/task success.
  • Identify and escalate issues as appropriate and recommend strategies to address.
  • Other duties as assigned.
