Are you a skilled CRM Solutions Designer with deep expertise in Salesforce, including OmniStudio, LWC, and Experience Cloud? This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the configuration, integration, and optimization of Salesforce-based CRM solutions tailored for the public sector.
Our client is looking for a Solutions Designer - CRM and this hybrid contract role of 8 months which requires 3 days on-site in Toronto and 2 days remote. You will be responsible for designing accessible, scalable, and AODA-compliant applications while working alongside cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. If you are passionate about user-focused CRM design, integration, and solution delivery—this role is for you.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must Have
Nice to Have
Familiarity with MuleSoft and public sector solutions
CI/CD pipeline implementation in Salesforce environments
Understanding of Salesforce security settings, platform limitations, and governor limits
Fit-gap analysis and experience integrating Salesforce with internal systems
Agile working knowledge (epics, sprints, story points)
