POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer with expertise in UAV technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of client requirements and the ability to design tailored solutions utilizing DJI Enterprise drones and associated software platforms. This role demands proficiency in various UAV software applications and a strong technical background to effectively address client challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UAV technology, with a focus on designing and implementing drone-based solutions for enterprise clients.
• In-depth knowledge of DJI Enterprise drones or any other drones and proficiency in software platforms such as DJI Terra, DJI FlightHub 2, Pix4D, FlytBase, and other relevant applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail in analyzing client requirements and developing effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
• Possession of relevant UAV operation certifications is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their operational requirements and challenges related to UAV applications.
• Design and implement customized UAV solutions utilizing DJI Enterprise drones and software platforms such as DJI Terra, DJI FlightHub 2, Pix4D, and FlytBase.
• Conduct hands-on payload integration activities, including mechanical fitment, electrical wiring, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Perform comprehensive product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of proposed UAV solutions to clients.
• Assist clients in the deployment and integration of UAV solutions into their existing workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and operation.
• Provide training sessions to clients and internal teams on the effective use of UAV hardware and software solutions.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, user manuals, and training materials to support client operations.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in UAV technology, software advancements, and industry best practices to inform solution design and client consultations.
• Manage multiple projects in parallel or series, depending on priorities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to provide customer feedback and input for product development.
• Conduct testing and validation of UAV solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and product specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all UAV solutions implemented.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, webinars, and public speaking engagements to promote our products and network with potential clients.
• Engage in continuous learning about our UAV technology and services to remain a knowledgeable resource for clients and partners.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and government regulations to anticipate market needs and pivot strategies accordingly.
• Articulate value propositions with clarity and enthusiasm, ensuring our brand stands out in every interaction.
• Drive the entire sales process with a strategic mindset, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
• Explore and secure collaboration opportunities with like-minded companies, enhancing our service offerings and expanding our market reach.
• Initiate and nurture relationships with a diverse array of clients, from government entities to private corporations, understanding their unique needs and how our UAV solutions can solve their challenges.
