Position Overview: Cellebrite is seeking a Solutions Engineer to engage with customers throughout the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales to customer success. This role supports technical efforts associated with solutions that help law enforcement agencies achieve their digital transformation goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify current and future customer technical requirements by building relationships with prospective and existing customers and other stakeholders who influence product needs. Plan and deliver customer presentations, workshops, webinars, and equipment demonstrations. Manage tenders and develop technical proposals. Support end-user trials and proof of concepts (PoCs) as required, including regional travel. Provide product and equipment technical information by responding to customer questions and requests. Prepare solution designs by understanding customer requirements and documentation, and consulting with engineers, architects, and other technical stakeholders. Enable customer teams through technical training and knowledge transfer, and maintain strong relationships via regular weekly/monthly calls and follow-ups. Represent Cellebrite at trade shows and industry events. Engage internal stakeholders (R&D, Services, Operations, and Product Management) to align on customer needs and delivery. Ensure successful product/solution implementation and adoption. Fluency in written and spoken business English. Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, IT, or a related field- at least 2 years of experience Experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar roles is an advantage. Experience in law enforcement or the public policing sector is an advantage. Technical background in telecommunications, mobile devices and/or IT security and networking is a plus. Knowledge of hardware products and solutions. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux) and basic networking. Knowledge of network communications and internet protocols.
