EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical support, or similar role, ideally within SaaS or fitness technology industries.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and SDK integrations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of API integration and RESTful services.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

SOFT SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience using project management tools like Jira, Confluence and/or Productboard
  • Knowledge of the fitness industry and related technologies is a plus.
Responsibilities

SDK Demonstrations – Showcase our SDKs in action, running engaging demos for clients and highlighting their real-world applications.
Custom Script Development – Build one-off scripts and tools to help our content team streamline workflows and enhance content delivery.
Client Support – Be the go-to technical expert, assisting clients with CMS and SDK implementation, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance.
Solution Customization – Work directly with clients to tailor our solutions to their unique needs, ensuring maximum impact.
Technical Documentation – Develop and maintain easy-to-follow documentation for SDKs, APIs, and other tools to support both internal teams and clients.
Project Management Assistance – Help keep solution deployments on track, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Feedback Loop – Gather insights from clients and relay them to the product team to improve and enhance our offerings.
Sales Collaboration – Work alongside the sales team to provide technical expertise and support in customer discussions.
