POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Solution Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our sales team and clients, helping organizations implement AI solutions that address their specific business challenges.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business analytics, or related technical field (preferred)
• Background in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting preferred
• Previous experience working with banking / financial services a plus, but not required
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, from C-suite executives to technical engineers
• Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Experience working with technical teams (engineers and data scientists)
• Strong understanding of data and AI technologies

• Understand client needs and accurately match them with our AI service capabilities
• Prepare and lead presentations for prospective clients
• Conduct product demonstrations that highlight our AI solutions’ value propositions
• Work closely with client engagement teams to create comprehensive proposals
• Communicate scope of work effectively to delivery teams
• Maintain some post-deal interaction to ensure client satisfaction
• Analyze competitor products and articulate our differentiators
• Apply AI/ML understanding to determine where our products best fit within banking and IT frameworks
